Pushed under the "no one wants to review translations, we just
blindly trust the Fedora translators" rule ;-)
BTW, these translation refreshes are insanely huge each time I
do it, and I can't help thinking it is largely a waste of time
storing it all in GIT.... I naively wondered if we could just
have 'make dist' pull down the translations from zanata when
needed, but it would massively slow down 'make dist'. Another
idea would be to just grab latest translations when making a
formal release and provide a separate tar.xz file for them
on the download site.
The other thing is that I have no idea how to review anything in there should
there be someone asking me. There is no history of the edits in our git (of
course it's somewhere in zanata). It looks like zanata already keeps it in
version control, but it doesn't look like they provide the repo. The easiest
way I can think of would be having the translations as a submodule.
How do other projects do this? Do they always just pull everything whenever
strikes their fancy?
