Right, but that's deliberate, since the patch adds gitlog-to-changelog to the list of gnulib modules (in bootstrap) that libvirt uses. Running ./bootstrap copies the script from gnulib into build-aux/gitlog-to-changelog. In that respect, this patch depends on the earlier one that makes gnulib a git-submodule of libvirt.
