[Libvir] [PATCH] fix compilation with USE_XEN == 0

Hi, statstest.c needs to check if USE_XEN > 0, otherwise compilation breaks on --without-xen builds. Please apply if appropriate. Patch is against current cvs. Cheers, -- Guido
