[libvirt] [PATCH 2/2] qemu: Remove virHostdevIsSCSIDevice from qemuIsSharedHostdev
It's essentially dead code. The only way hostdev->shareable
can be true is during virDomainHostdevDefParseXML when the
result of virHostdevIsSCSIDevice is true.
