Libvirt Application Development Guide

Hello, For my third year project, I've developed a piece of software in python, making use of the Libvirt application development guide for python. I'm currently writing a report that references it. I've noticed that you seem to have removed the guide from the libvirt site - has it been moved somewhere else, or deleted entirely? Will it be reinstated at some point, or is this a permanent change?
