Re: [PATCH] virnetlibsshsession: Reflect API change in libssh

As of libssh commit of libssh-0.11.0~70 [1] the ssh_channel_get_exit_status() function is deprecated and a new one is introduced instead: ssh_channel_get_exit_state().
