Subject: [PATCH] add nodeGetCPUmap() for getting available CPU IDs in a bitmap.
add virBitmapParseCommaSeparetedFormat() for parsing bitmap in

This format of bitmap is used in Linux sysfs and cpuset.
Changelog:
- fixed typos.
- fixed string scan routine.
