[libvirt] [PATCH] qemu: monitor: Fix error message and comment when getting cpu info

In qemuMonitorJSONExtractCPUInfo an error message hinted on missing character device data which is wrong. Also a comment states that only qemu-kvm tree includes the thread_id field.
