[libvirt] [PATCH v2 0/3] libxl: tunnelled migration support

Hey! Presented herewith is take 2 from tunnelled migration addressing all previous comments. Changelog in individual patches (patch 1 and 2 are small refactorings suggested in v1) Despite being functional changes mostly I had a quick round of testing too.
