[PATCH] virpci: Resolve leak in virPCIVirtualFunctionList cleanup

Repeatedly querying an SR-IOV PCI device's capabilities exposes a memory leak caused by a failure to free the virPCIVirtualFunction array within the parent struct's g_autoptr cleanup.
