Rather than having both 'header' and 'toStdout' arguments, I think
having only 'header' and returning the result in a virBuffer would be

Since vshPrint and vshPrintExtra differ only in whether the extra stuff
gets printed, calling vshTablePrint to get the string, then vshPrint
on that would achieve the same result. (at the expense of extra string
copy, which should not matter in virsh).
