This is my mistake. Fedora7 problem is not exist.
(I newly used machine and I do not know xen-devel is not in)
Anyway I found bug, for GetVersion.
(It is related to xen_unified.c)
I will send it later.

Hmm, Fedora 7 test3 is still on Xen 3.0.4 so shouldn't have been impacted.
I'll double check on my own box too.
