when lxcContainerIdentifyCGroups failed, lxcContainerSetupPivortRoot
and lxcContainerSetupExtraMounts will free the memory that allocated
in lxcContainerIdentifyCGroups.
So we need not call lxcContainerCGroupFree when
lxcContainerIdentifyCGroups failed.
