Okay, done, but I'm definitely not an expert:
http://libvirt.org/maven2/org/libvirt/libvirt/0.4.8/
so if you could double check that everything is in order :-)
the JAR itself seems fine, there is one slight difference.
The 0.4.8 directory has a "pom.xml", where previous versions all had
"libvirt-0.4.X.pom"
It's the same XML file, just named differently.
