[libvirt] [PATCH v2 2/2] Revert "docs: hacking: Add 'Code coverage reports' section"

This reverts commit 47cbc929870aaff6b01ba24cd028b8787a1ae9a4. The section is no longer correct when the patch switching to gnulib's make coverage was reverted.
