Actually these patches are not based on origin/master (my mistake)... I
haven't tested, rebasing should be enough if "-device pvpanic" was
tested properly for 1.6.
I haven't tested myself but I remember seeing patches moving fw_cfg
integration into the initfn/realizefn.
