OpenVZ also require quota tags
<quota type="size" max="10000"/>
<quota type="inodes" max="200000"/>
I'd like to deal with those in a separate patch from the core filesystem
functionality support - since they're just a tuning parameter it isn't
critical to have them supported immediately.
