Refactor virFileIsCDROM to virFileCheckCDROM for checking cdrom status.
Add add enum type virFileCDRomStatus.
Now virFileCheckCDROM could be used to check the cdrom drive status such
as ok, no disc, tray open, drive not ready, or unknown.
