Subject: [PATCH] libvirt.c: don't let a NULL "cpumaps" argument provoke a
NULL-deref
* src/libvirt.c (virDomainGetVcpus): Update spec to say that maplen
is ignored when "cpumaps" is NULL.
Set maplen to 0 in that case.
