[libvirt] [PATCH] manage number of virtual CPUs
OpenVZ containers use all CPUs available in system by default.
Limitations may be caused only by Linux kernel limitation.
There is way to artificially limit number of CPUs.
patch add cpu management functionality to OpenVZ driver.
