Feature proposal: support setting block I/O throttling for vhostuser disk

Hi, blkdeviotune command don't support setting I/O throttlig for vhostuser disk. We propose to commit patch to support the feature. Are there any issues that would prevent this feature from being accepted? Thanks, Wang Jinlei
