From 7.0.0-rc2 to what I've done (after installing a bunch of optional libraries) there were no noticeable differences really. Just a change in the minor version to the release version. I can send it if we really want the caps to be always capped to the official release.
I think it'd still be worthwhile, if nothing else to make it clear to anyone looking at the file that it doesn't need further updates. -- Andrea Bolognani / Red Hat / Virtualization
