I'm a nack on this change as it is significantly worse than what we have today.
Is there any way you could be convinced otherwise, eg. with better copy or some changes in design?
The only alternative I see is to have a cronjob running on libvirt.org that periodically rebuilds index.html with fresh content from the RSS feed. ie moving the RSS population from client side to server side.
