At the bare minimum the capabilities have been generated on the latest
machine generation z15 which probably has a new host model.
That's cool, but it will also apply just the same if the replies are
generated for QEMU 4.2.0 instead of 4.1.0...
I think it would make sense to sync with Jirka and generate
capabilities for the QEMU commit he needs on the z15 hardware, thus
checking both boxes in a single go. CC'd him.
Aside: is Shalini Chellathurai Saroja's email address correct?
