The image file is 204x339. You don't need to resize it to exactly 80x80 - we just require that the image doesn't exceed 100 px, otherwise it tends to dominate the content too much. So could you scale and/or crop as needed to get below 100px & set the facewidth /faceheight to match whatever the image size is, otherwise it wil end up distorted.
