[libvirt] [PATCH 00/11] enforce comma style

This series was started in part by the current attempts to split out libvirt-python (and consistently using LIBVIR_CHECK_VERSION), and in part by seeing odd spacing in storage_conf.c (which annoyed me enough on my work on gluster).
