Hum, that means we need to synchronize a release with netcf with
this feature and require that version then ...
We just need to fix the configure.ac pkgconfig version check for
netcf, and the RPM BuildRequires. Given how early in development
netcf is, I don't think its unreasonable to force people to upgrade,
rather than trying to conditionalize compilation for older versions
