virNetworkForwardDef.managed is a bool but
virNetworkPortDef.hostdevpci.managed is a virTristateBool, which
means that the current code performs the following incorrect
conversion:
false -> BOOL_ABSENT
true -> BOOL_YES
Using the virTristateBoolFromBool() helper solves the issue.
