[libvirt] [libvirt-csharp][PATCH] add new sample "virEventRegisterImpl"

?Hi, this patch add a new sample code for Visual Studio and Mono. The sample show how to use domain callbacks via virEventRegisterImpl (he old way, deprecated method for domain events). Regards, Arnaud
