[virttools-web PATCH 0/3] Switch www.virt-tools.org over to use GitLab Pages

This introduces use of GitLab CI + Pages to replace the current OpenShift application which is only admin accessible by myself. It also has automatic integration with LetsEncrypt guaranteeing that we'll never have expired certificates. Daniel P.
