[libvirt] [libvirt-test-api][PATCH 1/2] introduce a new helper to parse mountinfo
And will return list like this :
[{'devminor': '25', 'mountdir': '/sys/fs/cgroup/cpuset',
'devmajor': '0', 'mounttype': 'cgroup'},...]
