[libvirt] [PATCH] configure.ac SELinux fixes
* Fix a logic error in configure.ac that prevented --with-selinux=no from being used with
--with-secdriver-selinux=no.
* Fix some strings to clarify the difference between --with-selinux and
--with-secdriver-selinux.
