[PATCH] documentation: untrue statement in GetVersion() method description

In the end of virConnectGetVersion() description there is written: "not with a Read-Only connection" which isn't true after I tried virConnectOpenReadOnly() with virConnectGetVersion() and it clearly shows the version correctly.
