By adding the new test case to cputest in 1/7 and updating the test
results here, we could see the CPU starts to be properly detected as
Snowridge. Even though capabilities XML would still report it as
Westmere-IBRS because the host CPU does not support pdpe1gb feature
included in Snowridge CPU model.
