[PATCH] rpm: Require dmidecode on more architectures

It's not only used on x86_64 these days. See virSysinfoRead(). Technically we should include loongarch64 in the list as well, but Fedora hasn't been bootstrapped on the architecture yet, and when the time comes several more changes are going to be necessary anyway.
