Trying to install libvirt 1.2.14 with the following command :

./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc --with-esx=yes --with-xen=yes --with-hyperv=yes

The above generates the following error:

configure: error: openwsman is required for the Hyper-V driver

I have installed openwsman on ubuntu using the following command:

sudo apt-get install openwsman

But still getting the same error. Please help me to compile libvirt with hyperv driver.
