Currently qemuSaveImageOpen does too much IMO. I've been working on an
improvement to this series and would like to get opinions on that first.
And before posting I'll be sure to test it on master, without the
mapped-ram patches :-).
I'm not against it. I'd need to look at mapped-ram patches, but I
believe you. Go for it! Just make sure to test restore ;-)
