I think the HTML version is more important. Either we can kill HACKING
or do a HTML->Text conversion for it
I think keeping a text version for that one is at least in spirit a
good idea, just generate it from HTML.
I suggest to commit the change to the hacking.html.in but not change
the text file yet, I will try to come up with the tiny XSLT needed to
generate it hopefully this week.
