[Libvir] NUMA topology calls

Daniel, We agreed that xenHypervisorGetCapabilities will call a xend_internal.c function to get the topology through xend. Was your intent to extend xenDaemonNodeGetInfo or have a new function, such as xenDaemonNodeGetTopology?
