[libvirt] [PATCH 15/17] docs: remove navigation sidebar from pages

A combination of the index page, top nav bar and docs.html page provide links to all pages on the site. The left hand nav bar is thus redundant and can be removed to provide a simpler style for the site. Signed-off-by: Daniel P.
