Odd that I don't see this problem on current git master. I've configured libvirt with '--without-xen --with-libxl'.
Ah, my bad. In fact I'm seeing the failure with --without-xen --without-libxl --with-xenapi. Linking of virt-aa-helper then fails as libvirt.so doesn't contain the function.
