[libvirt] [PATCH 3/3] test: make hostdev-vfio test able to pass qemuargv2xmltest

Before we can add the hostdev-vfio test to the list in qemuargv2xmltest, we need to add in the <driver> element that is automatically put in the <disk> by qemuParseCommandLineString.
