[libvirt] [PATCH] Tell automake to use tar-pax instead of tar-v7 for make dist

Commit 66a04090673a5e21700d11bdea0084f1ee870c24 updated the API extention example patch series and added files that results in filenames longer than 99 chars during make dist. This is a problem because automake uses tar with the old v7 format during make dist. The v7 format is limited to 99 chars per filename.
