[libvirt] [jenkins-ci PATCH 1/2] mappings: Add glibc-langpack-en
Unfortunately, due to really stripped CentOS 8 containers, we have to
explicitly add glibc-langpack-en package in order to fulfil the osinfo-db
tests needs.
