[libvirt] [PATCH 33/33] Move ifaceMacvtapLinkDump and ifaceGetNthParent functions

From: "Daniel P. Berrange" <berrange(a)redhat.com&gt; Move the ifaceMacvtapLinkDump and ifaceGetNthParent functions into virnetdevvportprofile.c since they are specific to that code.
