[libvirt] Candidate Release 2 of libvirt-1.2.3 is available

I just tagged it in git and pushed tarballs and rpms to the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ Seems to work fine in my limited testing, so unless I hear about serious issues in the meantime, I think 1.2.3 will be pushed on Tuesday, give it a try ! thanks !
