[libvirt] Entering freeze for 1.0.2 in a week

Just for people to remember, the plan is to enter the freeze for 1.0.2 in a week, on the 24. So if you need to push APIs or large changes, please do so before that deadline :-) Then the release should show up at the end of the month, thanks !
