One more:
- expose the new APIs via virsh. Michael originally suggsted pretty much
following the style of 'xm vcpu-pin' and 'vcpu-list'. Seems like a fairly
reasonable pattern to follow.

I've applied your patch on my system (RHEL-AS4, update 2) with Xen
3.0.2-2. The compilation of virsh is OK but the execution is failed.
The virsh vcpuinfo command returns all vcpus of the specified domain
(the list is OK) but after the last vcpu of the list, I've the
