[libvirt] [PATCH 00/12] Split up the libvirt.h.in file

Similar to the previous series, this splits up the libvirt.h.in header file to many pieces. This is backwards compatible as applications will continue to use the main <libvirt/libvirt.h> header and are forbidden from including the individual pieces (to allow us to change them again if we want to in the future).
