[libvirt] [PATCH 0/3] esx: Stop passing around virConnectPtr for error reporting
This is actually a single huge patch, but I had to split it in 3 parts,
otherwise it's too big for the list. The parts won't compile on their own.
The patch removes the virConnectPtr argument from internal functions of the
ESX driver, no other functional change is included.
